In addition to my life long interest in the naturalistic world, I also hold a deep passion for editorial illustration. This is evidenced by a long career  in what proved to be an often tumultuous but incredibly rewarding field. 
Hence, I have  for many years now, been using my politicized  drawings as the visual sources for much of my paintings and sculptures.
These drawings have been, in essence, the primary vehicle by which I have been able to express myself, my view points , and my attempt at understanding my place in the world we live in.
